Tokyo is a huge part of our lives, and we love sharing the city we call home — from the famous sights and incredible food to the neighbourhoods, hidden gems and everyday moments that make Tokyo so unique.

We believe a great stay is about more than just having somewhere comfortable to sleep. It's about feeling welcome, experiencing local life and making your own memories of Tokyo.

We're passionate about community, inclusion and responsible travel, and we're always happy to share our favourite places and local tips to help you get the most out of your stay.

"Fantastic stay at RakuNyan Home, thank you to the amazing hosts Daniel and Yuka! The house is in a peaceful and private residential area so it was super safe.
The walk to Narimasu station is about 15 minutes and the town has everything (Donki Quijote, Matsumoto, daiso, Seiyu) shopping wise.
The rooms are exactly like the photos and perfect if you’re visiting with family of 4+ members.

The location is ideal for families: multiple parks nearby, and easy walking distance to bakeries and grocery stores. You can genuinely step into everyday Japanese life from this home.

From helping us secure a stroller to recommending excellent children’s museums, he went out of his way to make our stay seamless. "This is a true original Airbnb host.. love it.. feels like 2010 when i just started using Airbnb ♥️ 2 kids 2 adults and help with so much stuff..
The area is great for shopping second hand and it also has the good Japanese restaurants.
This spot is good for day trips and the return to a more local and cozy area."

"What can I say about Daniel and Yuka at RakuNyan Villa? From the moment we arrived, they showed exceptional kindness, warmth, and hospitality. My friend and I stayed at the beginning and end of our Tokyo trip, and each time we were welcomed like family. We never felt like guests—it felt like visiting close friends.
The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. They kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the station, making travel with luggage stress-free. Daniel even helped us forward our luggage to our next destination and provided clear instructions for the airport bus.
It was the small, thoughtful gestures that truly stood out—like giving detailed directions so I could pick up my glasses before heading to the airport. We felt genuinely cared for.

"The best AirBnb host and place I’ve been to by far. Daniel was so kind and generous to pick us up from the nearest station and drop us off at the AirBnb. The place itself was clean, spacious and exactly what we were looking for, and was close to the train station to get into the city. My friend fell ill during the trip and Daniel took us to the pharmacy and the local grocery store to grab food. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Don’t hesitate to book his Bnb, you won’t regret it. 10/10 thanks Daniel!!!"

I'm glad to be able to stay in such a cost-effective apartment in Tokyo, and surprisingly, the room is very large and clean, the kettle is particularly elegant and easy to use, and the bathroom is very tidy. And the host Daniel will take care of the pick-up and drop-off service during check-in and check-out, taking passengers to the nearby subway station. Very happy!"

"Daniel and Yuka were great hosts. They were attentive to all of our needs. Our first time in Japan and Daniel and Yuka made it so much easier to get around and explore with all their information. Daniel picked us up from the station and brought us back so we can have an easier time with all of our luggage. Their home was beautiful and perfect for our family. "This place really feels so comfy, it has a Japanese touch in it with tatami, futon, etc. I truly recommend to check this place out.
Daniel is also very friendly and helpful, we are really thankful for the help.
We got picked up from Wakoshi Station to the place, and even helped to kept the luggages in his car first then he delivered it to the bus stop because we got a late flight.
The place is very large too, unlike any others that feel so cramped, we can open 2 big luggages and 2 medium luggages at ease. The bathroom is clean, there’s a bathtub too. There is also a washing machine so definitely another plus point for those that stay few days and have only few clothes :D
There are few restaurants and a supermarket nearby so you can pretty much get many things just by walking around. It is also just 10mins walk (slow walking) to the bus stop for Chikatetsu Station
